Adélaïde de Heering from the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB) is hiring a postdoctoral fellow for 1.5 year (full-time contract) to join her lab, lulLABy, and work on a research project recently funded by an ARC consolidator grant. The aim of this project is to investigate infants’ active exploration mechanisms and the development of curiosity.
The recruited candidate will be recruiting, testing, interpreting, and writing about infants’ data collected from behavioral and electrophysiological (EEG) settings. (S)he will work under the close supervision of the PI and collaborate with Claire Kabdebon (Université de Marseille, France). The net salary is in line with the Belgian legislation (approximately 2000 euros/month) and includes social and medical benefits. The enrolled candidate will be encouraged to apply to external fundings (e.g., FNRS) during their mandate to extend their fellowship. Applicants cannot have lived or worked in Belgium for more than 12 of the 36 months immediately preceding the start of the contract.
