Cardiff University School of Psychology is seeking to recruit up to five Lecturers or Senior Lecturers to contribute to the teaching, research and impact portfolio of our school. We seek new colleagues across the breadth of psychology, including, but not limited to, the following areas:

  • Health Psychology and Human Development (including behaviour change and lifespan/ageing research)
  • Social Psychology & Environmental Psychology (including attitudes, behaviour change, social cognition, and risk perception/understanding)
  • Neuroscience (including behavioural, clinical, cognitive, computational and developmental neurosciences)
  • Cognitive Science (including cognitive psychology, human factors / human-machine interaction and perception)

We seek candidates where there will be a good fit between your ambitions and the environment our school can provide, both for exciting new research and for teaching / supervising students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The role will entail a balance between research, teaching and other duties that support the life of our School community of students and staff, as well as the wider University.
