The Faculty of Psychology at the University of Coimbra is hiring 2 tenure/tenure-track (1 Associate and 1 Assistant) Professors in Cognitive Neuroscience, as part of a transformative ERA Chair grant CogBooster, led by Alfonso Caramazza. We particularly encourage applications from women, and from other under-represented groups in the brain sciences. Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in a discipline relevant to Cognitive Science/Neuroscience. Successful applicants should have an excellent record of research for their career level. They are expected to establish an active research program, acquire external research funds, and contribute to teaching/mentoring. These positions come with a start-up package that includes funds for building up a team and for using facilities for data collection (e.g., MRI hours), among other things.
