MESEC Spring Workshop 2026: Mental Imagery and the Causal Study of Consciousness

We are pleased to announce a new event funded by ESCOP: the upcoming MESEC Spring Workshop, "Mental Imagery: Towards the causal study of consciousness," which will take place from May 31th to June 7th, 2026 in Ephesus, Turkey. MESEC (the Mediterranean Society for Consciousness Science) is a grassroots student association focused on organizing inspiring scientific events, and for this workshop, a unique “debate hackathon” format will be held.

Music & the Brain Summer School – From Basic Research to Clinical and Societal Implications

The Music & the Brain Summer School is an ESCoP-sponsored international event that will take place in Pavia (Italy) from June 22 to 26, 2026. The school is organized by the MusiCognition Lab at the University of Pavia (Carlotta Lega and Laura Ferreri), within the framework of an Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Program (BIP), in collaboration with Université Bourgogne Europe (Barbara Tillmann) and Aarhus University (Peter Keller).
