Open PhD position in DFG project, Laboratory for Cognitive and Experimental Psychology, RWTH Aachen University, Aachen, German

We have an open PhD position to fill at the laboratory for Cognitive and Experimental Psychology at RWTH Aachen University, Germany. Salary will be according to TVL-13; 75%. It is a fixed-term position for three years. Starting date is approximately July, 1, 2024.

The successful candidate will work with Dr. Patricia Hirsch and Prof. Dr. Iring Koch on a re-search project that focuses on cognitive control in dual-task processing. The tasks include the design and implementation of testing protocols, the collection and analysis of empirical data, and the writing of original research articles. 

Candidates should have a completed Master’s degree in Psychology and expertise in exper-imental psychology. We expect good knowledge of statistics, experience with SPSS, and fluent English skills. German is not mandatory but would be useful.
